Its been a pretty wild ride this year! The market went nuts in the first 3 months of the year, then cooled off a bit due to the fact the Asian buyers - who are dictating the Richmond Market - were a little concerned with the effects an earthquake would have on Richmond. And now in the month of June, things have picked up again as these same buyers are regaining confidence.
