Hi Everyone.  
As we near the end of the year, I would first of all Like to Wish Everyone a Very Merry Christmas and all the best for 2010, our Olympic Year.  I'm quite excited for the Olympics as I have volunteered and will be working as a "Driver" for Athletes, VIP's and such.  It should be a great experience.  Also, with the acitivities they have planned in Richmond - the "O" zone, Heineken House etc. - it will be very festive locally.
2009 was a very good year for me in Real Estate as I was quite successful and made 30 Sales.  It was a crazy Market, since at the beginning of the year, it was predicted that the Market would slow consicerably and prices would decrease because of the World Wide Depression.  So what happpens?  Interest rates decrease, acivity picks up and prices are now at their highes ever!  Go figure!
I've got several thoeries on why this happened, and if you ever want to know them, just call me.
At this time of year the market usually slows down, which in a way is good because I can look forward to a Joyous Festive Season and then getting right back to work in January.
